You do not need fixing! You are not broken! I cannot fix you! We can however, work together to improve your situation. We can help determine the factors on why you are feeling this pain in the first place. My goal is to put you back into an optimal position and then educate you on how to stay in this position through correct movements and strength. 90% of injuries/restrictions/niggles are preventable from your everyday positions and posture. A few simple changes in your everyday patterns can go a long way.
Too many people go to their therapists and just expect them to work miracles and give them a magic pill!
There is no easy fix, there is no easy street. It all comes down to how much you want to improve and how dedicated you are your mission. At the end of the day, no one knows your body better than YOU!
