Myofascial Dry Needling

After using this technique for over 6 years now, I can honestly say that it is the best treatment BY FAR for anything to do with soft tissue work. Nothing beats getting a reaction and result from the inside of the muscles. Yes, we can get similar results with trigger point therapy, but dry needling is ten times faster and the results last much longer. Of course, there is a little discomfort involved but the benefits far outweigh this unique form of treatment. I, myself, used to be scared of needles, but to see the results in action, I have never regretted treatment.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Soft tissue therapy involves everything to do with muscles, tendons, fascia, and ligaments. The soft tissue in your body basically holds you together, so we need to treat and manipulate these structures to get your body back in the right positions and working order. Most people have some kind of rotation, inefficiency, or tightness in their tissues, so the main goal here is to get you back in the body's most optimal position. This can be done through trigger point therapy, cupping, scrapping, mobility, passive & active stretching, myofascial release, deep transverse frictions, and simple massage.

Running Gait Analysis

Running is a skill that everyone needs to relearn. Humans evolved to be the most natural, efficient runners on the planet, but over the years of a sedentary lifestyle, poor movement patterns, and ill-fitting shoes, we have slowly conditioned ourselves out of the natural form of running. With the Natural Born Runner workshop, we focus on plugging all of the inefficiencies we experience and building strong, resilient, and natural runners. It is not about adding anything new to your technique but unleashing all of the natural gifts that are hidden in your body.
