Through playing sport at an elite level, Mick has encountered numerous injuries and career-ending knee reconstructions. From this, and through 12 years in the Fitness Industry, Mick has built a passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and movement. He believes that the best form of medicine is through movement. Mick is passionate and determined to get your body back to doing what you love, and helping you reach your full potential through education of your body and your everyday movement patterns and posture.

Jackson has grown up throwing himself at a multitude of different sports and physical practices. Having had times where injury has prevented him from performing - Jackson’s understanding of the physical and psychological challenges of being injured motivates him to help his clients move better.

Resolving chronic pain is a particular passion of his. Your sessions with Jackson will revolve around treatment to unlock your body’s musculature so that you can move past the injury.

With influences from gymnastics, weightlifting, martial arts, and yoga - Jackson has the tools to get you moving.
