Breathing and Rib Mobility Coaching

If your ribs don’t move, your breath doesn’t flow. And when your breath is stuck, so is your movement, recovery, and nervous system.

This coaching session focuses on unlocking the rib cage and retraining your breath. We work on rib mobility, diaphragm control, and breathing patterns to improve how you move and how you feel—especially under load, stress, or fatigue.

What to expect during a session

We’ll assess your breathing pattern, posture, and rib movement. Then we’ll guide you through hands-on release work, breath drills, and simple mobility exercises to expand your rib cage and restore natural breathing. It's not meditation—it's mechanical reset.
