Plantar Fasciitis Massage and Support

mick-acu_edited.jpg

Foot pain first thing in the morning? Feels like you’re stepping on glass?

That’s classic plantar fasciitis. And while orthotics, rolling on bottles, and cortisone shots are common—you don’t need to go straight there.

Our treatment focuses on releasing the tight tissues in the foot, calf, and ankle that are feeding the pain. We pair manual therapy with movement coaching and strength drills so your foot becomes a spring again—not a weak, over-supported stump.

Who is it for?

  • Runners with stabbing heel pain

  • Gym-goers dealing with tight feet and calves

  • Anyone limping around barefoot in the morning

  • People who’ve tried orthotics but still hurt

What to expect during a session

We assess how your foot moves and loads. Then we use hands-on work to release the plantar fascia, mobilise the ankle, and reduce tension through the whole chain. You’ll also get foot-strengthening drills you can actually feel working.
