Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) Treatment

mick-acu_edited.jpg

Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) are sneaky. They creep up from doing the same thing every day—typing, lifting, swiping, gripping—and then suddenly, your wrist, elbow, or shoulder is burning, aching, or weak.

RSI isn’t something you just rest away. Our therapy gets to the root of the overload. We treat the irritated tissues, release the surrounding tightness, and help you move in a way that stops the flare-ups from coming back.

Who is it for?

  • Office workers, tradies, musicians, lifters

  • People dealing with chronic wrist, elbow, or shoulder tension

  • Clients who’ve “rested” but the pain keeps coming back

  • Anyone whose work or training is repeating the same motions

What to expect during a session

We track what’s overloaded, what’s restricted, and what needs support. Treatment includes deep tissue therapy, nerve glides, mobility drills, and sometimes strength training to build resilience.

It’s not just overuse. It’s under-recovery—and we help fix that.
