Which session should I book?

• First time with me? Book the initial treatment. You get the full assessment and the $10 new client discount.

• Coming back? Most people book the 1 hour. It gives me time to treat the problem properly.

• One specific area, or a top-up between sessions? The 30 minutes works well.

• Runner with an injury that keeps coming back? Book the gait analysis. I film you running, find what's loading the sore spot, and give you a plan to fix it.

• Free parking at the clinic.

• There isn't much public transport close by, so most people drive or ride.
